Terms of service

SafeMethod is a software tool that drafts safe work method statements and related documents from the information you provide, and records worker sign-on. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility

You, as the person conducting the business or undertaking, remain responsible for the content of every document you issue, for making sure it reflects the actual work and site conditions, for consulting your workers, and for complying with the work health and safety laws that apply to you. SafeMethod does not provide legal, engineering or safety advice. Drafts are generated by an AI model and can contain errors or omissions; review every line before you issue.

Payments

Prices are in Australian dollars excluding GST unless shown otherwise. Single documents are a one-off purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your data

Your documents and signature records belong to you. We keep them so you can produce them when a regulator or builder asks. You can archive documents at any time and ask us to delete your account by email.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
